Are your creative kits accessible to beginners?

All our creative kits are accessible to beginners. No matter what hobby you choose to tackle, they were designed to be made easily without technical knowledge.

Do I have to buy equipment apart from the kits?

No. All the necessary equipment is included in a French Kit, you don't have to buy anything extra. You will only need what is found in a pencil case for paper kits: a pair of scissors or a glue stick.

Are the French kits suitable for children?

Yes ! Among the French Kits, those around paper are suitable for children from 7 years old; Do It Yourself kits from 10 years old and Savoir-Faire kits from 12 years old.

What does the level indicated on the kit mean?

Our French Kits indicate 4 different levels: very easy (fast: 30min), easy, medium, advanced (longer: 3h). These levels reflect the time required to achieve them. Indeed, all our kits can be made without difficulty and without prior knowledge.

How long does it take to do a project?

Each project can be completed between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the type of kit chosen.

Where can we find the video tutorials for the kits?

The video tutorials are accessible using the QR-Code printed on the cover of the technical booklet. Use your smartphone to open the videos with the "camera" function.

The kit I'm interested in is unavailable, how do I know when it will be back in stock?

When a kit is unavailable, you can sign up under the product to be notified by email when it is back in stock.

How much are the shipping costs?

It is fixed at 3.90 euros. Shipping costs are free from 39 euros of purchase.

Are the embroideries usable on a T-Shirt?

Yes, all you have to do is transfer the design to the T-Shirt and use the embroidery hoop, needle, threads and tutorial provided!
